Innovative Safety Education: Puppet Show & Interactive Quiz for SJVN

Location : NJHPS Project Site Office

Ken Institute brought safety education to life with a creative two-day program for SJVN on January 14th and 15th, 2026, featuring an engaging Safety Puppet Show and an interactive Road Safety Awareness Quiz.

Program Overview:

Breaking away from conventional training methods, we designed an innovative approach to safety education that combines entertainment with essential learning outcomes. This program demonstrated that safety training can be both effective and enjoyable.

Day 1 – Safety Puppet Show:

Our professionally crafted puppet show used storytelling and visual engagement to communicate critical safety messages in a memorable format. The performance covered:

  • Essential road safety rules and traffic signals
  • Pedestrian safety and crosswalk protocols
  • The importance of protective equipment
  • Emergency response procedures
  • Building a personal safety mindset

Through relatable characters and engaging narratives, complex safety concepts were simplified and made accessible to all participants, ensuring better retention and real-world application.

Day 2 – Road Safety Awareness Quiz:

The interactive quiz session transformed learning into an engaging competition, testing participants’ knowledge on:

  • Traffic rules and regulations
  • Road signs and their meanings
  • Safe driving practices
  • Pedestrian and cyclist awareness
  • Emergency preparedness

The quiz format encouraged active participation, healthy competition, and collaborative learning, creating an environment where safety knowledge was reinforced through engagement.

The Science of Interactive Learning:

Research consistently shows that interactive and creative training methodologies significantly improve knowledge retention compared to traditional lecture-based approaches. By engaging multiple senses and emotions, our innovative format ensures that safety messages resonate deeply and translate into behavioral change.

Building a Safety Culture:

These sessions were more than just training events—they were catalysts for cultural transformation. By making safety education enjoyable and participatory, we helped SJVN foster an environment where safety awareness becomes second nature.

Looking Forward:

Ken Institute remains committed to developing innovative training solutions that challenge conventional approaches while delivering measurable results. We thank SJVN for their trust in our progressive methodology and their dedication to creating a comprehensive safety culture.
