At FQM Trident, contractor management is an important function within the Safety Department, and the knowledge I gained from this training has given me a much better understanding of how contractors should be managed effectively. In particular, I have gained a deeper understanding of the contractor onboarding process, legal requirements, compliance obligations, and the necessary standards contractors must meet before being allowed to come onto site.
This training has strengthened my knowledge and improved my understanding of the responsibilities involved in ensuring that contractors are properly assessed, inducted, and compliant with applicable legal and company requirements.
