The course has significantly strengthened my knowledge and professional capabilities in environmental and sustainability management. It helped me develop a better understanding of environmental management systems, sustainability principles, environmental risk assessment, compliance, resource efficiency, waste management and environmental performance improvement. I was able to connect the academic learning with my practical experience as an Environmental Manager, particularly through the application of environmental management and sustainability practices in the NEOM Tree Translocation Project. The course has improved my ability to analyse environmental challenges, evaluate alternatives, develop practical solutions and make more informed and sustainable decisions. Going forward, I aim to use this knowledge to contribute to more effective environmental management and sustainable development within my professional projects.
