The course has helped me grow both professionally and personally. I gained a better understanding of how to apply HSE principles in real work situations, not just from a theoretical point of view. It also improved my confidence, problem-solving and leadership skills. I have been able to use what I learned in my day to day work, especially when dealing with risk assessments, compliance, safety awareness and people on site. Going forward, I want to continue building my knowledge and use these skills to contribute to safer and more sustainable workplaces.
