Entering the Master’s Honors program in HSE Management, my understanding was largely theoretical. The program built this into a working ability to conduct site-level HSE audits and translate hazard data into actionable controls.
The project sharpened my ability to evaluate permit-to-work compliance, fall-protection hierarchies, and waste segregation protocols — correlating leading and lagging indicators to flag systemic risk and structuring findings into an audit-ready, standards-aligned report.
