My experience with the LMS system has provided me with valuable knowledge and practical skills that I can apply directly in the workplace. The program also gave me the opportunity to gain exposure to international cultures and work with people from different countries, broadening my understanding of diverse working environments.
I gained a strong understanding of the Training Resources Manual (TRM) and learned how to apply it during inspections by identifying findings, non-conformities, and other workplace issues. Most importantly, the learning helped me connect theoretical knowledge with the practical experience I have gained on site, particularly through my experience at Kibali Gold Mine and Byrnecut.
Overall, the program has helped me connect the dots between training, inspections, compliance, and real-world site experience, strengthening my professional capabilities and confidence in applying HSE practices in operational environments.
